For correct application of the food safety
system (HACCP), please follow the instructions
in this paragraph.
Washing must be carried out using original
"Service Line" products, see details on the
last page. Any other product could make the
materials in contact with food unsuitable.
Cleaning the dispenser units
This procedure should be carried out at the end of the
working day on all dispenser units.
1. Clean the underpan gasket with a brush.
2. Fit the blank ring into the lter holder (7), and pour
in the content of a sachet or a measure of detergent
powder.
3. Mount the lter holder (7).
4. Press the coffee dispensing knob (2) and, after a few
seconds, press the STOP (15) push button.
5. Repeat this procedure a few times.
6. Remove the lter holder (7), and clean the water
"shower" with a sponge.
7. Rinse for a few seconds with running water from each
dispenser unit.
Do not remove the lter holder during coffee
dispensing.
Cleaning the Filter Holders
All the lter holders should be cleaned at the end of the
working day.
1. Pour 1 litre of cold water and a dose of detergent into a
suitable receptacle.
2. Remove the lters from the lter holders (7).
3. Soak the lters and the lter-holders in this solution for
about 15 minutes.
4. Remove any residues with a sponge and rinse in plenty
of cold water.
5. Re t the lters in the lter holders (7), making sure that
the lter xing spring is in the correct position.
Drip grid and tray
At the end of the working day, remove the grid from the
tray (10), pull out and clean under running water, removing
any organic residue.

At the end of the working day, remove the tray (10), pull

residue.

17. Cleaning and maintenance

Enclosure
The panels must be cleaned with hot soapy water (not
boiling) and then rinsed with plenty of water, removing any
organic residue.
Do not use abrasive cloths or substances since they could
damage the surface of the panels.
N.B.: Do not spray any liquids in the slots.
Water reservoir
Clean the water reservoir at least once a week. Remove
the reservoir and clean under running water, removing any
organic residue.
