"Only pressing" function

The grinder/dispenser with hand-held pressing disc allows you to press the ground coffee without necessarily having to
carry out the grinding beforehand.
This function is useful, for example when there are multiple grinder/dispensers next to the machine or when coffee powder
is poured into the filter holder and it needs to be pressed

Insert the filter holder with coffee to press into the guide
(17) under the hand-held pressing disc.
OTE Levelling out the ground coffee in the filter is advised
before proceeding to the pressing phase.

Once the pressing phase is completed, remove the filter
holder from the guide (17), hook it to the coffee machine
and proceed with dispensing.

The presence sensor detects the filter holder
starts automatically and the animation below appears on
the display:
The level of pressing applied is set at a medium value, also
indicated by the colour of the animation frame.
NOTE
A different level of pressing can be set by the technical staff
(variable between around 10 ÷ 30 kg).
