Possible Problem
The wood does not light or lights only slowly.
The wood burns without a bright, yellow fl ame, smoulders or even goes out.
Too much soot is generated; the heat-resisting stones do
not stay clean and free of soot during operation.
The fi re box window becomes sooty.

Smoke escapes into the room while the stove is in operation.
