These temperature limits are
linked to the features of the gas-
kets and plastic coatings, with their
efficiency affected by extremely
high temperatures, leading to loss
of material and contributing to the
formation of potentially explosive
hazardous mixtures.
Noise level
The machine without material
has a maximum noise level of 55
dB(A).
The noise values are connected
to the type of material batched
and the type of actuator. The user
is advised to take noise measure-
ments directly on the application
to check the values.
- The VL slide valves must be
closed only by the moving prod-
uct column.
- The VL valves are not suitable
for applications with liquids or
with pressure values different
from that of the atmosphere.

Diese Grenztemperaturen sind
von den Eigenschaften der Dich-
tungen und der Auskleidung aus
Kunst-stoff abhängig, deren Wirk-
samkeit durch zu hohe Tempera-
turen in Frage gestellt werden
kann. Dabei käme es zum Austritt
von Material und zum etwaigen
Entstehen explosionsgefährdeter
Staubmi-schungen.
Lärmpegel
Das Gerät ohne Materialfüllung
hat einen Lärmpegel von max.
55 dB(A).
Die Lärmwerte hängen vom Me-
dium und der Ausführung des An-
triebs ab. Unter diesem Aspekt
sollte der Anwender die Lärm-
messungen direkt am Anwen-
dungsort ausführen, um diese
Werte festzustellen.
- Die Flachschieber Typ VL dür-
fen nur geschlossen werden,
wenn die Produktsäule sich in
Bewegung befindet.
- Die Schieber Typ VL eignen sich
nicht für Anwendungen mit Flüs-
sigkeiten oder mit Druckwerten,
die vom normalen Luftdruck
abweichen.

liées aux caractéristiques des
joints et des revêtements en ma-
tière plastique, dont l'efficacité
peut être compromise par des
températures trop élevées, don-
nant lieu à des pertes de matière
et contribuent à former des mé-
langes explosibles dangereux.
Niveau sonore
Le niveau sonore maxi de la ma-
chine sans matière est de 55
dB(A).
Les valeurs de bruit sont associées
au type de matière dosée et au
type d'actionneur. A ce propos, il
est recommandé à l'utilisateur de
faire des relevés de bruit directe-
ment sur l'application afin de vé-
rifier les valeurs.
- Les vannes à guillotine type VL
doivent être fermées seulement
avec la colonne de produit en
mouvement.
- Les vannes type VL ne sont pas
indiquées pour les applications
avec des liquides ou avec des
valeurs de pression différente de
celle atmosphérique.

Tali limiti di temperatura sono le-
gati alle caratteristiche delle guar-
nizioni e dei rivestimenti in ma-
teriale plastico, la cui efficienza
può essere compromessa da tem-
perature troppo elevate, dando
origine a perdite di materiale e
contribuendo a formare pericolo-
se miscele potenzialmente esplo-
sive.
Livello di rumorosità
La macchina senza materiale ha
un livello di rumorosità max. pari
a 55 dB(A).
I valori di rumore sono legati al
tipo di materiale dosato ed al tipo
di attuatore. A tal proposito, si rac-
comanda all'utilizzatore di fare
dei rilievi di rumore direttamente
all'applicazione al fine di verifi-
care i valori.
- Le valvole a ghigliottina tipo VL
devono essere chiuse soltanto
con colonna di prodotto in mo-
vimento.
- Le valvole tipo VL non sono ido-
nee per applicazioni con liqui-
di o con valori di pressione di-
versi da quella atmosferica.
