Usage
•
The lifting system is used to lift vehicles on the wheels to maintain and repair them in a raised state.
•
The lifting system is used for lifting and lowering vehicles for repair, maintenance and cleaning in normal
workshop operation.
•
The lifting system may only be used as intended, in a technically perfect condition, in accordance with the
technical data in section 4.1.
•
The max. permissible load according to the type plate may not be exceeded.
•
The stay under the lifted load is allowed.
•
Incorrect use: Incorrect behaviour poses a residual risk to the life and health of persons working in the
security area. The manufacturer does not take liability for damages caused by improper use and misconduct.
It is prohibited to enter and ride on the load or load-carrying equipment, to stay under the load during lifting
or lowering movements, to set up the lifting system in potentially explosive areas and to lift vehicles loaded
with dangerous goods, as well as to lift vehicles that exceed the maximum permissible load.
•
After changes to the construction and after major repairs to load-bearing parts, the lifting system must be
rechecked by a qualified person. This also applies after a move to a different installation site. Changes have
to be made by a qualified person and documented in the installation log.
