11.7 Change the hydraulic hoses

1. Lower the lifting unit completely.
2. Switch off the main switch.
3. Open the cover.
4. Remove battery [1].
5. Change hose [2].
6. Install battery.
7. Vent the hydraulic system. (→ 11.4)
8. Check oil level. (→ 11.3)

11.8 Software update

The software is located on a memory card with 8MB. Turning on the power when the
memory card is inserted will automatically install the software on all lifting units in the radio
area. The lifting units must be switched on and be on the same transmission channel.
1. Switch on all lift units of the system and set to the same transmission channel.
2. Switch off a lifting unit, open the control cabinet and insert the memory card with the
new programs into the slot on the circuit board.
3. Switch on the deactivated lifting unit at the main switch.
When switching on, the new software will be simultaneously installed via radio
connection on all powered lifting units of the system.
4. Switch off the lifting unit and remove the memory card.
5. Check the software status on all lifting units, with the power switched on, insert the
memory card into the slot on the circuit board and query the software status with the
[↑] key. The display will show an "r" followed by a number indicating the software
status.
