IMEON INVERTER
THE GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
The advantages of IMEON WEBCONNECT Guarantee:
•
Automatic and free of charge extension of product warranty period, to a total of 10 years.
•
Possibility to extend the product warranty further, to a total of 20 years.
Products concerned: IMEON inverters with integrated WiFi and integrated Web server modules.
Products excluded: IMEON accessories and IMEON inverters without integrated WiFi and integrated
Webserver.
Conditions of eligibility:
3) The concerned product must be connected to the internet and the internet connection must be
established for a minimum of 95% of the system‟s operating time. The internet connection
must be functional when IMEON Technical Support performs the remote diagnostics.
4) The serial number of the IMEON inverter must be associated with a user account on the
IMEON Web Monitoring platform (https://monitoring.imeon-energy.com/login).
For information regarding the warranty of IMEON ENERGY products not included in this document,
the documents applicable to the technical support services of IMEON ENERGY SAS are as follows:
(1) The IMEON « Guarantee Conditions »,
(2) The specific guarantee conditions defined in the contract of transaction,
(3) The IMEON « Sales Terms and Conditions »,
(4) any other applicable document describing a mutual agreement between IMEON ENERGY SAS
and the Buyer.
In case of contradiction, difference, ambiguity, inconsistency or incompatibility between these
documents, they will be applicable in the order of precedence mentioned above.
