Key features of the SonoOne are: interference-free delivery ultrasound, with appropriatelyconfigured parameters and trouble-free operation of all functions.
Guidelines and manufacturer's declaration - electromagnetic immunity
The SonoOne device is intended for use in an electromagnetic environment, as specified below. The customer or the user of the SonoOne device should
ensure that it is used in such an environment.
Immunity tests
Conducted RF disturbance variables
in accordance with IEC 61000-4-6
Radiated RF disturbance variables in
accordance with IEC 61000-4-3
NOTE 1: At 80 Hz and 800 MHz, the higher frequency range applies.
NOTE 2 These guidelines may not apply in all cases. Electromagnetic propagation is affected by absorption and reflection from structures, objects and people.
a) The field strengths of fixed transmitters e.g. base stations of mobile telephones and mobile radio devices, amateur radio, AM and FM radio broadcasting,
and TV broadcasting cannot be accurately predicted. In order to assess the electromagnetic environment with regard to fixed RF transmitters, a study of the
electromagnetic phenomena at the location should be considered. If the measured field strength in the location in which the SonoOne device is used exceeds
the above compliance level, the SonoOne device must be monitored to verify normal operation. If abnormal performance is observed, additional measures
may be necessary, such as the realignment or relocation of the SonoOne device.
b) In the frequency range of 150 kHz to 80 MHz, the field strengths should be less than 3 V/m.
Recommended separation distances between portable and mobile RF communications equipment and the SonoOne device
The SonoOne device is intended for use in an electromagnetic environment in which RF disturbances are controlled. The customer or the user of the SonoOne
device can thus help to prevent electromagnetic interference by maintaining a minimum distance between portable and mobile RF communications equipment
(transmitters) and the SoleoOne device – depending on the output power of the communications equipment as indicated below.

For transmitters for which the maximum nominal output is not specified in the above table, the recommended separation distance d in metres (m) can be
determined using the equation given for the corresponding column, where P is the maximum rated power of the transmitter in watts (W) in accordance with
the manufacturer of the transmitter.
NOTE 1: At 80 and 800 MHz, the higher frequency range applies.
NOTE 2 These guidelines may not apply in all cases. Electromagnetic propagation is affected by absorption and reflection from structures, objects and people.

Electromagnetic environment - Guidelines
Portable and mobile RF communications equipment should not

be used any closer to the SonoOne including cables, than the
recommended separation distance calculated using the equation
relevant for the transmission frequency.
Recommended separation distance:
d = 1.17 √P
d = 0.35 √P for 80MHz to 800 MHz
d = 0.7 √P for 800 MHz to 2.5 GHz
where P is the power rating of the transmitter in watts
(W) according to the transmitter manufacturer and d is the
recommended separation distance in metres (m).
In accordance with an on-site investigationa , for all frequencies,
the field strength of a stationary radio transmitter should be less
than the coincidence levelb.
