Mit der Taste DOWN oder UP (5) wählen:
Das Display (1) ist immer eingeschaltet.
Das Display schaltet sich ca. 60 s nach dem
letzten Drücken einer Taste aus. Beim nächs-
ten Tastendruck schaltet es sich wieder ein.
Zum Speichern die Taste ENTER drücken.
Acht Sekunden nach dem letzten Drücken einer
Taste wird das Einstellmenü automatisch verlassen.
6 Betrieb ohne DMX-Steuergerät
Liegt kein DMX-Steuersignal an der Buchse DMX
INPUT (15) an, leuchtet die gelbe Kontroll-LED
MASTER (3), das Display (1) zeigt
und das Gerät durchläuft eigenständig sein Show-
programm. (Voraussetzung dafür ist, dass der
Blackout-Modus ausgeschaltet ist,
6.1 Fokuseinstellung
Zur Fokuseinstellung des Lichtstrahls kann der
Schwenkkopf in eine Ruheposition gestellt werden.
1) Die Taste MENU (4) so oft drücken, bis das Dis-
play
anzeigt. Mit dem Drücken der nächsten
Taste nie länger als 8 Sekunden warten, sonst
schaltet das Gerät in den Showmodus zurück.
2) Die Taste ENTER (6) drücken. Der Schwenkkopf
fährt in die senkrechte Position und der Licht-
strahl schaltet ein (kein Gobo, Farbe Weiß).
3) Sollte eine der vier waagerechten Positionen (0°,
90°, 180° oder 270° Schwenkwinkel) zur Fokus-
einstellung günstiger sein, die Taste ENTER so
oft drücken, bis die günstigste Position erreicht ist.

Tilt direction normal or opposite
For operation with two TWIST-20LED units, the pan
head of one unit may move in one direction while the
pan head of the second unit precisely moves in the
opposite direction.

To memorize, press the button ENTER.
Display on or off
Select with the button DOWN or UP (5):
The display (1) is always switched on.
The display is switched off approx. 60 s after
pressing the last button. It is switched on
again when pressing the next button.
To memorize, press the button ENTER.
Eight seconds after pressing the last button the
adjusting menu is automatically exited.
6 Operation without DMX controller
If no DMX control signal is present at the jack DMX
INPUT (15), the yellow indicating LED MASTER (3)
lights up, the display (1) indicates
and the unit independently runs through its show
programme (provided that the blackout mode is
switched off,
chapter 5.1.).
6.1 Focus setting
For focus setting of the light beam the pan head may
be set to a rest position.

4) Durch Drehen des Objektivs (10) den Lichtstrahl
scharf stellen. Dabei mindestens alle 8 Sek. die
Taste DOWN oder UP (5) drücken, sonst schaltet
das Gerät in den Showmodus zurück.
6.2 Sound-Modus ein- oder ausschalten
Durch das Ein- oder Ausschalten des Sound-Modus
kann bestimmt werden, ob die Bewegungen des
Lichtstrahls sowie das Wechseln der Lichtmuster
und der Farben musikgesteuert über das Mikrofon
(16) erfolgen sollen oder nicht.
1) Die Taste MENU (4) so oft drücken, bis im Display
(Sound) erscheint. Mit dem Drücken der
nächsten Taste nie länger als 8 Sekunden warten,
sonst wird der Einstellvorgang beendet.
2) Die Taste ENTER (6) drücken. Das Display blinkt.
3) Mit der Taste DOWN oder UP (5) die Musik-
steuerung einschalten (
4) Zum Speichern die Taste ENTER drücken. Das
Display zeigt für einige Sekunden

wird wieder die Nummer des eingestellten Show-
programms angezeigt und der Programmablauf
startet.

Zur Musiksteuerung den Regler SENSITIVITY (18)
für die Mikrofonempfindlichkeit so einstellen, dass
die Dynamik der Musik optimal durch die Be wegun-
gen des Lichtstrahls sowie durch den Wechsel der
Lichtmuster und Farben wiedergegeben wird. Bei
einer Farb-, Muster- oder Bewegungsänderung
durch ein Musiksignal leuchtet kurz die grüne LED
SOUND (7) auf.
Hinweise
1. Beim Ändern der Lautstärke an der Musikanlage
muss auch die Mikrofonempfindlichkeit mit dem Dreh-
regler entsprechend angepasst werden.
2. Bei zu geringer Lautstärke, oder wenn der Regler
SENSITIVITY ganz nach links gedreht ist, ändert das
Gerät automatisch das Lichtmuster, die Lichtstrahl-
farbe und die Bewegung des Schwenkkopfs.

3) If one of the four horizontal positions (pan angle
0°, 90°, 180° or 270°) is more suitable for focus
setting, press the button ENTER so many times
until the most favourable position is reached.
4) Turn the lens (10) to set the light beam into focus.
Never wait for more than 8 seconds before press-
ing the button DOWN or UP (5), otherwise the
unit switches back to the show mode.
6.2 Switching the sound mode on or off
By switching the sound mode on or off it can be
defined if the movements of the light beam and the
change of light patterns and colours are music-con-
trolled via the microphone (16) or not.
1) Press the button MENU (4) so many times until
(sound) is displayed. Never wait for more
than 8 seconds before pressing the next button,
otherwise the adjusting procedure will be stopped.
2) Press the button ENTER (6). The display flashes.
3) Switch the music control on (
the button DOWN or UP (5).
4) To memorize press the button ENTER. The dis-

6.3 Showprogramm wählen
Es stehen vier verschiedene Showprogramme zur
Verfügung. Sie unterscheiden sich durch die maxi-
malen Dreh- und Neigungswinkel für den Schwenk-
kopf:
Show 1 ist für die Aufstellung des Gerätes auf dem
Fußboden vorgesehen. Der Neigungswinkel (Tilt)
beträgt hierbei max. 210°.
Show 2 ist für die Deckenmontage vorgesehen. Der
Neigungswinkel beträgt hierbei max. 90°.
Show 3 ist für die Aufstellung des Gerätes auf einer
Bühne in Richtung Publikum vorgesehen. Der
Drehwinkel (Pan) beträgt dabei 160°, der Nei-
gungswinkel 90° (von der Waagerechten aus 60°
nach oben und 30° nach unten).
Show 4 ist wieder für die Deckenmontage vorgese-
hen. Der Drehwinkel beträgt max. 160° und der
Neigungswinkel max. 90° (75° nach vorne und
15° nach hinten).
1) Zum Wählen zwischen Show 1 – 4 die Taste
MENU (4) so oft drücken, bis im Display
(Show Mode) erscheint. Mit dem Drücken der
nächsten Taste nie länger als 8 Sekunden warten,
sonst wird der Einstellvorgang beendet.
2) Die Taste ENTER (6) drücken. Das Display blinkt.
3) Mit der Taste DOWN oder UP (5) zwischen Show
1 – 4 wählen.
4) Zum Speichern die Taste ENTER drücken. Das
Display zeigt für einige Sekunden

und der Programmablauf startet.

Notes
1. When changing the volume of the music system, the
microphone sensitivity must be adapted accordingly
via the rotary control.
2. If the volume is too low, or when the control SENSI-
TIVITY is turned to the left stop, the unit will automat-
ically change the light pattern, the colour of the light
beam, and the movement of the pan head.
6.3 Selecting the show programme
Four different show programmes are available which
differ in the maximum pan and tilt angles for the pan
head:
Show 1 is provided for placing the unit on the floor.
The maximum tilt angle is 210°.
Show 2 is provided for ceiling mounting. The maxi-
mum tilt angle is 90°.
Show 3 is provided for setting up the unit on stage
towards the audience. The pan angle is 160° and
the tilt angle 90° (60° above the horizontal plane
and 30° below the horizontal plane).
Show 4 is also provided for ceiling mounting. The
maximum pan angle is 160° and the maximum tilt
angle 90° (75° to the front and 15° to the rear).
1) To switch between Show 1 to 4, press the button
MENU (4) so many times until the display shows
(Show Mode). Never wait for more than
8 seconds before pressing the next button, other-
wise the adjusting procedure will be stopped.
2) Press the button ENTER (6). The display starts
flashing.
3) With the button DOWN or UP (5), select between
Show 1 to Show 4.
4) To memorize, press the button ENTER. The dis-
play will show
for a few seconds. Then the
show programme number will reappear and the
programme sequence will start.
