3.0 INSTALLATION UND INBETRIEBNAHME
Jetzt das 200 bar Füllventil VF 200 BAR schließen (siehe
Bild 3) und die 200 bar-Seite über das entsprechende
Entlastungsventil VR 2 entlasten. Den Eingangsdruck
(Vorratsdruck) auf über 100 bar erhöhen. Blauen Taster
B drücken – Umfüllpumpe einschalten – Blaue Kontroll-
leuchte leuchtet – die Anzeige am Fülldruckmesser steigt
auf 330 bar – bei diesem Druck schaltet die Umfüllpumpe
wiederum automatisch ab.
ACHTUNG!
Der Druck steigt sehr schnell an, wenn keine Fla-
sche an der 300 bar – Füllleiste angeschlossen ist.
Blaue Kontrollleuchte 300 bar erlischt.

3.8 Leitungssystem spülen
Nur bei erster Inbetriebnahme und bei bestimmten
Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten.
System mit Maximaldruck beaufschlagen.
Alle Ventile, außer Entlastungsventil(e) VR, öffnen.
Vorratsventil(e) schließen.
Ein Entlastungsventil vorsichtig öffnen und bei Maximal-
druck minus 100 bar wieder schließen.
Alle Ventile schließen. Raum gründlich durchlüften.
Die Umfüllpumpe ist betriebsbereit.

3.0 INSTALLATION AND START-UP
Now close filler valve VF 200 BAR (see figure 3) and
release the pressure on the 200 bar-side via the
appropriate pressure-relief valve VR 2. Increase the inlet
pressure (supply pressure) to more than 100 bar. Press
the blue button B – switch on the transfer pump – The
blue indicator light comes on – the display on the filler
pressure gauge rises to 330 bar. At this pressure, the
transfer pump again switches off automatically.
CAUTION
The pressure rises very rapidly if no cylinder is
connected to the 300 bar filling terminal. The blue
indicator light for 300 bar goes out.

3.8 Flushing the piping system
Only required when starting up for the first time and
for specific maintenance and repair operations.
Apply maximum pressure to the system.
Open all valves except pressure relief valve(s) VR.
Close supply valve(s).
Open one pressure relief valve and close it carefully when
the display indicates the maximum pressure minus
100 bar.
Close all valves. Ventilate the room thoroughly.
The transfer pump is now ready for operation.
