Setting up the special phone book

You can store a further 10 numbers in your telephone's special phone book. The special
phone book can be used to store important numbers such as those of doctors, fire
brigade or police. If you wish, you can also save the need to press the R signal button in
the phone number. Numbers with the same name cannot be saved. In this case, the
name that has already been entered will be replaced with the new phone number
following a prompt.
Press the
Select the ADD ENTRY setting with the cursor and confirm with OK.
Now enter the first line of the name with a maximum of 10 letters. You will find
information on entering names in Chapter 5.1.
Select the second line of the display with the cursor and here enter the associated
telephone number with a maximum of 20 digits.
Press the OPTIONS display button.
If you want to incorporate the R signal button into the number, choose R and OK.
Choose SAVE to save the number directly in the special phone book.
You will find information on other options in the special phone book, such as delete or
edit, under 5.3.
