The manufacturer already regulated the boiler during
production.
However, if it has to be regulated once again, for example
after extraordinary maintenance, after replacing the gas
valve or after transforming from natural gas to LPG, do
as given here below.
Qualified personnel only shall regulate
maximum power, minimum hot water,
minimum and maximum central heating in the
given sequence.
- Remove the hood by unscrewing the three screws
(fig. 15)
- Rotate the display panel forwards
- Unscrew the pressure tube downstream from the gas
valve by about two turns and connect up the pressure
gauge
- Disconnect the compensation inlet from the air box
(Quadra ie FF m)
ADJUSTMENT TO MAXIMUM POWER AND MINIMUM
HOT WATER
- Turn a hot water tap full on
- On the instrument panel:
- turn the programme selector to

- turn hot water temperature selector full on
- Switch on the power to the boiler by turning the
installation's main switch to "ON"
- Make sure the pressure reading on the pressure gauge
is stabilized; otherwise make sure the modulator
receives the maximum current available, with the help
of a milliammeter together with the modulator (120
mA for G20 and 165 mA for LPG)
- Carefully lever the safety cap from the adjustment
screws with a screwdriver
- Using a CH10 fork spanner work on the maximum
power adjustment nut to achieve the value given in
the table on page 10
- Disconnect a faston from the modulator
- Wait until the pressure measured by the gauge
stabilizes itself on minimum
- With a star screwdriver, use the red screw to regulate
the hot water minimum, making very sure not to press
on the shaft inside and calibrate until the gauge shows
the value given in the table on page 10,
- Re-connect the modulator faston
- Turn off the hot water tap.
- Put the safety cap back onto the adjustment screws
with care.
