Carrying out a connection test

The connection test can be used to check the correct
connection to all X-zone 5500 devices.
To perform a connection test:
1. Press the key to open the menu.

on every device connected
wirelessly or via a cable.

The setting can be configured using the Dräger CC-

Alarm-attenuation ring

WARNING
!
The alarm-attenuation ring must not be used in
explosion-hazard areas!
When switching off, on during and the functional tests of the X-
zone 5500, Dräger recommends wearing hearing protection or
using the alarm-attenuation ring (order no. 83 20 110) since
the acoustic alarm is activated briefly.
