The strong 200 W motor of the model GASTRO
disposes of a longer protective pipe and allows
to prepare quantities up to 20 litres. The model
GASTRO provided in particular for commercial
use in restaurants should be kept in the wall
holder near the stove and not above the stove.
The machine should not be exposed to constant
steam (as usual in large kitchens) in order to
avoid steam penetrating into the housing and
causing damages of the machine.

1. Please read the following information and
keep it for future reference.
2. This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruc-
tion concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
3. Children should be supervised in order to
ensure that they do not play with the appli-
ance.
4. Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
5. Connect the appliance only to an AC power
supply with the voltage indicated on the
rating plate.
6. Do not operate this appliance with an exter-
nal timer or remote control system.
7. The handle must never be immersed into
the liquid.
8. Do not clean the appliance and the protec-
tive cap in the dishwasher.
9. Switch on the appliance only after putting it
into a jug with flat bottom.
10. When placing the attachments take care
that the attachment is fixed firmly. For re-
adjusting please follow the instructions on

GASTRO provided in particular for commercial
use in restaurants should be kept in the wall
holder near the stove and not above the stove.
The machine should not be exposed to constant

avoid steam penetrating into the housing and
causing damages of the machine.

11. Whenever the knife is bent or damaged, we
recommend to replace it immediately in
order to avoid collateral damages of sauce-
pans and recipients.
12. The appliance is fitted with GS safety press-
switch, which prevents the unit being unin-
tentionally switched on, and also switches it
off as soon as the press-switch is released.
13. Do not apply too much pressure when chop-
ping hard foodstuff, just hold the blender
on the foodstuff and move it slightly up and
down.
14. Never touch the appliance or lead cable
with wet hands.
15. Do not place the appliance or lead cable
near open flames during operation.
16. Make sure that the lead cable does not hang
over the edge of the worktop or table, since
this can cause accidents, for example if
small children pull on the cable.
17. Route the lead cable so that it is prevented
from being pulled or tripped over.
