Before Use

CAUTION!
Keep children and animals away from the packaging material. There is a danger of
suffocation!
Set up the device in a place with suffi cient clearance on all sides.
Unpack all parts and check the items supplied for completeness (see the "Items Sup-
plied and Device Overview" chapter) and transport damage. If you fi nd any damage
to the components, do not use them (!), but contact our customer service department.
Assemble the device in the manner described below.
Step 1
1. Select a suitable chair. It should be not too high and not too low. Your legs should be
at an angle of approx. 90° when you sit on it and your feet are resting fl at on the fl oor.
Step 2
2. Place the feet (C) on a fl at, secure surface with suffi cient space on all sides.
3. Place the chair with the front legs into the feet.
Step 3
4. Hook the elastic bands you want (E or F) into the eyelet using the spring hooks on
the back of the feet.
Step 4
5. Hook the bands on the other side either into the eyelet on the handles (A) or on the
foot loops (D). Make sure that the bands are not twisted.
Step 5
6. Stand on the footrest on the foot and test whether the length of the bands is pleasant
for you.
7. If the bands are too long, you can shorten them using the hooks (B) on the foot. Make
sure that you wrap the bands around the hooks so that you are not restricted in your
training exercises.
We recommend that you try out a few exercises fi rst before you shorten the bands.
This will prevent you from overstretching yourself during a workout. Shorten the
bands a little bit at a time and you will then slowly increase the intensity.
Training Without Chair
You also have the option of using the device without a chair. These exercises are suitable
for a simultaneous workout with the legs and arms (see the "Training" chapter). You have
two options for this:
– You can secure the foot loops to another secure object (e.g. a pole) and use the
handles at the same time.
– You secure the foot loops to your ankles and use the handles at the same time.
