Adjusting the Height, Depth, and Angle of the Comfort Arm


For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 5.
Adjusting the Height
1. Remove the comfort arm (A) from the wheelchair. Refer to
Removing/Installing the Comfort Arm on page 52.
2. Loosen the mounting screw (B).
3. Adjust armpad to desired height based upon preset adjustment
holes (C).
4. Tighten mounting screw.
5. Install comfort arm. Refer to Removing/Installing the Comfort Arm
on page 52.
Adjusting Depth
1. Remove the comfort arm (A) from the wheelchair. Refer to
Removing/Installing the Comfort Arm on page 52.
2. Loosen the mounting screw (D).
3. Slide armrest pad (E) to desired depth.
4. Retighten the mounting screw.
5. Install comfort arm. Refer to Removing/Installing the Comfort Arm
on page 52.
Adjusting the Angle
1. Remove the comfort arm (A) from the wheelchair. Refer to
Removing/Installing the Comfort Arm on page 52.
2. Remove the rear mounting screw (F).
3. Loosen the front mounting screw (G).

4. Secure the armrest pad to one of two rear mounting positions (H).
5. Retighten front mounting screw.
6. Install comfort arm. Refer to Removing/Installing the Comfort Arm
on page 52.
