STEAM ADJUSTMENT VALVE
Level 1: Cooks under 0.6 bar pressure.
Level 2: Cooks under 0.7 bar pressure.
If the cooking valve is clogged for any reason the pressure inside the cooker will rise up
to 1.1 bars and safety valve will step in and release the extra steam. If both of the valves
are clogged all the steam is released between the gaskets at 1.5 bars.
END OF COOKING
When cooking time is over, turn off the heat source and let the pressure cooker to cool
for 3-5 minutes. The pressure inside the pressure cooker will be reduced to the minimum
during this time. When you want to open your cooker, turn the cooking adjustment pin to
"free" and release the remaining steam inside the pressure cooker. Do not force to open
the lid when there is still pressure in the cooker. Be careful with the steam sprays during
the steam discharge. Always be patient and careful. Never forget that this vessel cooks
with pressure. When you obey the safety instructions, the pressure cooker is a very safe
utensil. Be careful with the timing for delicious and stunning dishes.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Cleaning:
- Clean your pressure cooker after every
use.
- Take the gasket out from the lid and wash
it in hand. Be sure that, food residues do not
clog the vent pipe and safety lock.
- Take out the Bakelite cover, which is
used for cooking, and rinse it. For a deeper
cleaning take off the silicone gaskets and
wash them in hand. Make sure that the
steam vent pipes, safety, and cooking
valves are not clogged from food residue.
