Tighten the screws.
5.4 Lubrication
Lubricate different parts of the product regularly to keep the
product in good condition.
5.4.1 Drive and gear mechanism
● Lubricate once a year, or after every 25 working hours.
● Remove the rear cover and lubricate the bearings, shafts
and gear components once a year with engine oil or
lubricating spray.
5.4.2 Gear linkage
Caution! Keep the tires and aluminium belt pulleys
free from grease and oil.
● Lubricate the gear linkage with a applicable grease once
a year or after every 25 working hours.

● Lubricate the worm gear to set the ejection angle with a
applicable grease.
5.4.4 Gearbox
Caution!
Do not overfill the gearbox, this can damage
the seal. Check that the vent plug is free from grease
● The gearbox is lubricated at the factory and does not
need any maintenance.
● If it needs to be dismantled for any reason, fill up the
gearbox with 60 ml lithium grease for high performance.
Before reinstalling the gearbox, remove the old seal and
replace with a new one.
5.4.5 Auger bearings
● Lubricate the auger bearings and the bearings on the
side of the frame with a thin oil once every season.
5.4.6 Auger shaft
