become warm for 10 minutes or longer. Reinstall the battery
and try again.
Warning! Make sure that the main handle is securely
locked and the bail switch is in open position.

Attach the battery to the product and close the
battery compartment cover.

Push the safety button (A) and at the same time pull
the bail switch (B) to the main handle. (Figure 7)

After the product starts, release the safety button and
start the operation.
Note! The product will not start if the bail switch is pulled
before the saftey button is pushed. Do not rapidly start and
stop the product.
4.4 To stop the product
● To stop the product, release the bail switch.
Note! The electric brake in the automatic braking mecha-
nism will stop the auger rotation within 3 seconds after the
bail switch has been released.
4.5 To adjust the angle of the
discharge chute
The angle of the discharge chute can be adjusted up to 180°
to direct the snow away from one area to another.
● Rotate the crank lever (A) clockwise to turn the chute to
the right and turn it counter-clockwise to turn it to the
left. (Figure 8)
4.6 To adjust the angle of the
deflector
Warning! Stop the product and make sure that the
auger has come to a complete stop before you adjust the
angle of the deflector.
The throwing distance of the snow can be adjusted by
moving the deflector up or down. (Figure 9)

To increase the distance, pull the deflector handle
and move the deflector upward. Release the handle
to lock the deflector in place.

To decrease the distance, pull the deflector handle
and move the deflector downward. Release the
handle to lock the deflector in place.
4.7 Practical tips
● If possible, aim the ejector in the direction of the wind.
● Overlap each lap.
● Always clean the product after use.
4.8 To clear blocked discharge chute
Warning! Do not use your hand to clean the dis-
charge chute!

Stop the product.

Wait at least 10 seconds to be sure that all rotating
parts has stopped.

Remove the battery from the battery compartment.

Use a tool to remove any stucked objects.
4.9 Head light
The LED headlight is at the front of the product. It turns on
when the product starts and off when it stops.

Maintenance
Warning! Stop the product before maintenance,
service or repair is done on the product.

● Use only original spare parts when you replace parts that
are applicable for safety.
● Do not modify the safety devices in any way. Regularly do
a check so that all safety devices are in place and are

● Make sure that all screw unions are correctly tightened at
regular intervals. Retighten if necessary.
● Check the product for damage at regular intervals.
● The blade scraper wear out in time, replace it if
necessary.
● Do a check of all components regularly and replace if
necessary.
● The safety and warning labels on the tool must be intact
and legible. Replace them if necessary.
