5.1 To clean the product
Caution! Do not use solvents when you clean the
plastic parts. Most plastics can get damaged or weaken
from various types of commercial solvents.
● Use a clean cloth to remove dirt, dust, oil or grease.
5.2 Storage
● Store the product indoors in a dry place away from
children and corrosive agents.
5.3 Lubricating the Machine
● All of the bearings in this product are lubricated with
sufficient amount of high grade lubricant for its life-span
under normal operating conditions. Therefore, no further
bearing lubrication is required.
5.4 To replace the blade scraper
Warning! Make sure to stop the product and remove
the battery before maintenance or repair is done to it.
The scraper is located at the bottom of the snow blower
beneath the auger. (Figure 10)

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the 3 screws (A).

Loosen the worn scraper from the product.

Attach the new scraper (B) and install the screws
back. Make sure that they are correctly tightened.
5.5 To replace the Rubber Paddles
Warning! Make sure to stop the product and remove
the battery before maintenance or repair is done to it.
Caution! When replacing worn rubber paddles, make
sure to remember the correct order in which you remove
them. Assemble the new rubber paddles in the reverse order
of the disassembly.

Use a 10 mm socket wrench and a 4 mm hex key to
remove the 4 sets of nuts and bolts (A) on the middle
steel plate and 4 sets of nuts (B) and bolts on each
end sides (total of 8 sets). (Figure 11)

Remove the paddles.

Install the new rubber paddles in the reverse order of
the disassembly. Safety them by tightening the 4 sets
of nuts and bolts on the middle plate and on each
end sides (total of 8 sets) and the 4 sets in the
middle.

Storage
Note! Before you store the product, let it operate for a few
minutes to feed out all the snow. Otherwise the snow can
freeze to ice and lock the auger.
● Store the product in a dry area, protected from direct
sunlight and wet conditions.
● Make sure that all melted snow that may drip from the
product is wiped to prevent a slip and fall hazard.
● Remove the battery and store it in a secure location out
of the reach of children.
● When not in use, store the battery in an enclosed area
where the temperature will not drop below 0°C.
● Before storage, wipe any moisture, dirt, or debris from the
battery compartment area. Wipe the product with a clean
dry cloth.
● Do a check of all the fastening such as nuts, bolts, knobs
and screws. Make sure they are not loose and correctly
tightened
● Inspect moving parts for damage, breakage, and wear. If
there are any damaged or missing parts repaire it or
replace.
6.1 To store the product
The product can be stored in a compact way.

Loosen the wing nuts on both sides of the handle
and rotate the main handle to the storage position as
shown in the illustration. (Figure 12)

Tighten the wing nuts to secure the main handle in
place.

Store the snow blower in a clean, dry, enclosed place
out of the reach of children. Do not store near
corrosive materials such as fertilizer or rock salt.

Disposal
Make sure that you follow local regulations when you
discard the product. Do not burn the product.
