1. Remove the high-pressure hose
storage channel.
2. Attach a nozzle as described in the Fitting the
Accessories section. Attach the chuck to the tire stem
to inflate a tire, or attach an accessory to inflate a ball or
other inflatable.
3. Attach or insert the nozzle into the object being inflated.
4. Press the power switch 2
High-Pressure inflation mode.
nOTE: The pressure gauge display
inflation pressures when the inflator is in high-
pressure mode.
nOTE: To switch between pressure units, press and hold
the inflation mode switch
while rotating the pressure adjustment knob
5. Rotate the pressure adjustment knob

6. Press the inflation start/pause button

7. To stop the inflator at any time, press the inflation start/

8. When the item to be inflated has reached the preset
value, the unit will automatically turn off.
nOTE: You may notice the actual pressure reading may
drop after a couple of seconds. This is normal.

Using the Inflator as a Pressure Gauge

MAINTENANCE

WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal

Storage Recommendations
Store the inflator indoors. The best storage place is one that
is cool and dry, away from direct sunlight and excess heat
or cold.

This unit requires no additional lubrication.
Cleaning

WARNING: Blow dirt and dust out of all air vents with
clean, dry air at least once a week. To minimize the risk
of eye injury, always wear ANSI Z87.1 approved eye
protection when performing this.

Repairs
The charger, battery pack and external power supply are
not serviceable. If the inflator will not turn on, check the
battery, all connections, and the fuse in the 12V DC vehicle
connector 19 ). The inflator display will show an error code
under certain conditions. Refer to the Troubleshooting
Error Codes chart.
