- Page 6 FINDING A SUITABLE LOCATION FOR INSTAUATION Bebee make sure that you have required tools, manpower,and the construction of the ceiling is suitablefor installationof the attic ladder. Lookfor a spacefreefromobstacles and dangers.Makesurethat the spacewill allow properinstallation and useof the atticladder. Make surethatthe lengthof the attic ladder is suitablefor your ceiling height (Figure4, Table I).
