Operation method of maintenance bypass mode: dismantle the protection plate of maintenance
bypass breaker, the detection switch of maintenance bypass status pops up automatically, the UPS
turns off the inverter and turns to bypass to supply power, then switch on the maintenance bypass
breaker, switch off the AC input breaker, bypass breaker and AC output breaker, at this time, the power
for load turns to maintenance bypass, the input and output of the UPS are disconnected, the
maintenance can be done.
Recover inverter power supply from maintenance bypass power supply: connect the wires of UPS and
additional distribution box (including bypass maintain detection signal wire), and then switch on the AC
input breaker, bypass breaker and AC output breaker, after the input power of UPS normal and the touch
screen show bypass output voltage, switch off the maintenance bypass breaker and lock the protection
plate of maintenance bypass breaker, finally, press the power on button to start the inverter to supply
power.

4.2 Mechanical Installation

The UPS must be installed always at the top of other equipment like battery cabinets and additional
distribution box for easy wiring and operation.
The rack-mounting procedure of the additional distribution box is the same as the UPS installation
which is taken as an example in the following procedure.
1. Fasten the two handles onto the two sides of the additional distribution box by sunk screws M4×8.
Do not transport the additional distribution box by handles. The front panel can be dismantled
during transporting, do not make it bear any force.
2. Push the additional distribution box into the cabinet and fasten it by screws.
