Remove any dirt that has accumulated
Visual check for damage
Check hoses for cracks and porosity, check valves for leaks
(replace defective parts).
Clean (see section 6.4)

Air bubbles in the liquid
Filter seal clogged
Battery voltage too low
Battery empty
Battery not inserted correctly

Open ball valve
