5.4
Transporting
During transport, observe the applicable regula-
tions for transport and securing loads, in particular:
•
road traffic (licensing) regulations of the country
concerned,
•
CEN 12195 Parts 1 to 4 for calculation and
lashing,
Transport in a horizontal position. To enable the
tank to be fastened to the transport vehicle by
means of suitable tension belts, lay the tension
belts in the integrated recesses on the tank.
i
Note:
In the case of the battery-powered ver-
sion, remove battery
tation.
i
Important:
Form-fit before force-fit.
First and foremost, try to load the filling
station so that it rests in a form-fit man-
ner (e.g. by slinging to the side of the
vehicle).
Recommendation:
Use a non-slip mat.
5.5
Filling the tank
1. Lay the trolley down and unscrew the cap from
filling opening
.
B
B
2. Fill the container through the filling opening
using a delivery nozzle with an automatic
shut-off.
3. After filling, seal filling opening
using the cap.
4. Contamination of the container caused by the
filling process must be removed immediately
with a dry cloth.
5.6
Refilling
The tank can be filled in both the vertical and the
horizontal position.
Better total evacuation is achieved when the tank
is in the horizontal position.
Optimal total evacuation is achieved when the
transport handle is raised approx. 20 cm in the
horizontal position.
Important:
Excessive tensile forces on the delivery
hose may cause the trolley to tip if it is in
the vertical position.

1. Version with terminal clamps:
Connect terminal clamps
voltage source (see designation on cable).
Observe the colour coding:
•
red = positive terminal (+)
•
black = negative terminal (-)
Version with battery:
The battery is partly charged at the time of
dispatch. Charge the battery before using for
the first time. Set On/Off switch to Off.
2. Diesel version only:
Open delivery line ball valve
3. Open delivery nozzle lock
4. Switch on the pump at switch
5. To fill, remove delivery nozzle
nozzle holder
and insert it fully into the con-

tainer/tank to be filled.
6. Operate delivery nozzle
with locking device) and carry out the filling
operation.
Tank ventilation and pressure relief are performed
automatically by integrated valve
delivery quantities, filling opening
opened.
i
Important:
Switch the pump off immediately when
the delivery rate for an empty filling tank
reduces, causing the speed of the pump
to rise (no running empty of the pump)
i
Important:
Constantly monitor the filling process.
7. Close the delivery nozzle and allow it to
stop dripping.
8. Switch off pump
D
D
Version with battery:
Operating the pump with the delivery nozzle
closed can significantly reduce the potential
pumping volume per battery charge.
9. Version with terminal clamps:
Completely disconnect the pump from the
power source, roll up the cable and fix terminal
clamp
in place.
