5. Operation
5.1 Storage
Do not expose the KS-Mobil to direct sunlight for
extended periods either during transport or when in
storage. Excessive heating can degrade the quality
of the high-grade plastic container.
If excess pressure occurs in the sealed container,
this is bled off via the safety valve e.
Suitable storage conditions:
• ambient temperatures from - 10 °C to + 40 °C.
• level surface.
• cover (tarpaulin) for storage outdoors.
5.2 Loading the filling station
Risk of injury!
Cover and clamp lock of the pump
enclosure must be closed.
5.2.1 Loading by hand
Empty KS-Mobil can be loaded by hand using the
handles on the side of the tank.

5.2.2 Loading with a forklift
Important!

Use the provided recesses on the
underside for safe lifting with a forklift.

5.2.3 Loading with a crane
Danger!
A KS-Mobil can cause severe injuries if
it falls.
Do not stand under suspended loads
during crane operations.
• Use the handles attached to the side of the tank
for crane operations.
• Fasten 4 suitable load attachments of equal
length (minimum length: 1 m) to the handles
• KS-Mobil can be loaded or unloaded onto or from
the transport vehicle.

5.3 Transporting
During transport, observe the pertinent regulations
for transport and securing loads, in particular:
• road traffic (licensing) act of the country
in question,
• CEN 12195 Parts 1 to 4 for calculation
and lashing.
