Important!
Positive fit before traction!
First, try to positively load the equipment
(e.g. through striking the sides).
Excessive lashing forces can damage
the tank.
Recommendation:
Use a non-slip mat.

5.4 Filling the tank

1. Only fuels that are dispensed at public filling
stations may be filled (max. ethanol content 15 %).
Important!
Risk of explosion.
Avoid sources of ignition, such as
smoking or naked flame.
2. Pay attention to the horizontal alignment and
ensure the tank is adequately secured!
3. Create equipotential bonding (earthing) between
the tank and transport vehicle or ground for non
conductive surfaces
4. Open clamp lock and cover of the pump
enclosure.
5. Unscrew the cap from filling opening .
The container may only be filled with a
self-closing delivery nozzle.
6. Check the level inside the tank by unscrewing the
dipstick cap and pulling out dipstick d.
7. Screw the cap of the filling opening and dipstick
back on tightly.
8. Contamination caused by the filling process must
be removed immediately with a dry cloth.
9. Close the cover of the pump enclosure, lock the
clamp lock.

5.5 Filling

1. Pay attention to the horizontal alignment and that
the tank is adequately secured!
2. Create equipotential bonding (earthing) between
the tank and transport vehicle or ground for non
conductive surfaces.
3. Open clamp lock and cover of the pump
enclosure.
4. Open the delivery line ball valve c.

5. Remove the hose h and delivery nozzle g
from the pump enclosure and insert the delivery
spout fully into the tank/container to be filled.
6. Operate or open the delivery nozzle g.
7. Move the hand pump  vertically up and down
and start the filling procedure

Important!
Only operate the hand pump when the
ball valve and delivery nozzle are open.
Operation without liquid is only permitted
for brief periods of time.
Note: Tank ventilation a is performed automatically
by the integrated non-return valve
Important!
Risk of explosion.
Ensure sufficient ventilation in the area
of the tank during the fuelling process.
8. Close delivery nozzle g and allow to
stop dripping.
9. Place hose and delivery nozzle into the pump
enclosure.
10. Close the delivery line ball valve c
11. Close the cover of the pump enclosure,
lock the clamp lock.
