4. Initial setup

2. In the case of the 60 l and 100 l trolley for
diesel: affix the stickers enclosed with the tank
documents permanently to the front panels.

use the bolts (M6x10) to fix the two hose hold-
ers
to the tank

4. Lay the trolley down and unscrew the cap from
filling opening
. Check the inside of the tank

for contamination (clean as necessary, e.g.
with a vacuum cleaner).
5. Fill the tank (see section 5.5). Refill the con-
tainer using a delivery nozzle with an auto-
matic shut-off.

6. Perform a test filling as described in section
5.6, but hold the delivery nozzle
open filling opening
7. After completing the test filling, seal filling
opening

5. Use

5.1

Storage

Important:
Material damage (deformation) of the
tank from excessive heating or mechani-
cal overload.
Do not expose the high-grade plastic tank to di-
rect sunlight for extended periods either during
transport on the vehicle or when in storage.
Suitable storage conditions:
Ambient temperature:
-10° C to +40 °C (diesel)
-5° C to +40 °C (AdBlue
(cover or take other suitable measures when
storing outdoors)
Floor: level and smooth (without pointed eleva-
tions)

Moving the trolley

Important:
The completely filled trolley is heavy.
Considerable downhill forces are gener-
ated on steep slopes.

Loading

Important:
The completely filled trolley is heavy – do
not try to lift it on your own.
An empty trolley can be loaded using grip hollows
