5.5 Filling
1. Undo the flap lid cam by pulling apart the fasten-
ing lugs on the locking side, and fully open the
flap lid.
2. Open delivery line ball valve c.
3. Remove the hose and delivery nozzle from the
integrated holder and insert the delivery spout
fully into the tank/container to be filled.
4. Operate or open the delivery nozzle.
5. Move the hand pump lever forwards and
backwards in a horizontal direction and start
the filling procedure.
Operate the hand pump only when the ball
valve and delivery nozzle are open!
Tank ventilation and pressure relief are performed
automatically by the integrated valve a.

Important!
Constantly monitor the filling process.
6. Close delivery nozzle f and allow it to
stop dripping.
7. Place hose and delivery nozzle into the
integrated holder.
8. Close delivery line ball valve c.
9. Close the flap lid until it clicks audibly into place.

7. Maintenance and inspection
7.1 Safety measures

Important!
The operator must provide any protective
clothing that may be required.
Who can carry out maintenance
and inspection work?
Normal maintenance work may be
carried out by operational personnel.

Important!
Inspections of the filling stations with
ADR approval may only be performed
by specially trained personnel.
Ask the manufacturer about these training courses.

1. Unscrew the lid from
the filling opening

the suction hose
