Unlock the quick-release closures.
This will slightly raise the lockable covers.
Dismantle both lockable covers, lifting the side facing
away from the sewer first.
Remove the flap holders from the flaps and dismantle the
flaps.
Remove dirt and deposits on flaps, slide-in parts and the
interior of the drain body.
Check the components and their seals for damage.
Replace damaged components.
Lubricate the seal of the slide-in part and lockable cover
with KESSEL high-performance grease.
If necessary, also lubricate the contact surfaces between
the locking lever and the flaps with KESSEL high-perfor-
mance grease.
Assemble the components again in reverse order.
Check the function of the flaps by repeatedly actuating
the emergency closure lever and the „flap" button.
