Explanation / Possible cause
1, The BMS had not turn on;
2, The battery had been deep full
discharged
1. The battery voltage is far too
low. (<2V/Cell)
2. BMS or battery cell failed
Input protector is tripped
Insufficient quality of AC power.
(Shore or Generator)
Set "Solar First" as the priority of
output source.
Battery is disconnected.
Overload error. The inverter is
overload 105% and time is up.
If PV input voltage is higher than
specification, the output power
will be derated. At this time, if
connected loads is higher than
derated output power, it will
cause overload.
Output short circuited.
Temperature of internal
converter component is over
120°C.
Internal temperature of inverter
component is over 100°C.
Battery is over-charged.
The battery voltage is too high.
Fan fault
Output abnormal (Inverter
voltage below than 190Vac or is
higher than 260Vac)
Internal components failed.
Over current or surge.
BUS voltage is too low.
Output voltage is unbalanced.
PV input voltage is beyond the
specification.
Internal BMS communication had
been loss
What to do
1. Turn on the BMS on the rear
panel.
2. Recharge the battery from PV or
grid.
1. Re-charge battery.
2. Consult the local dealer for
technical support.
Check if AC breaker is tripped and
AC wiring is connected well.
1. Check if AC wires are too thin
and/or too long.
2. Check if generator (if applied) is
working well or if input voltage
range setting is correct.
(UPS→Appliance)
Change output source priority to
Utility first.
Check if battery wires are
connected well.
Reduce the connected load by
switching off some equipment.
Reduce the number of PV modules
in series or the connected load.
Check if wiring is connected well
and remove abnormal load.
Check whether the air flow of the
unit is blocked or whether the
ambient temperature is too high.
Return to repair center.
Check if spec and quantity of
batteries are meet requirements.
Replace the fan.
1. Reduce the connected load.
2. Return to repair center
Return to repair center.
Restart the unit, if the error
happens again, please return to
repair center.
Reduce the number of PV modules
in series.
Check the internal com. cable
between BMS board and main
control board.
