Function
The analog load cell signal is first digitized, and then converted into measured values
according to the factory setting. Regardless of the connected master, the sample rate is
always 2 kHz.
It is possible to store the result of a user adjustment in the sensor, so as to take account
of the installation scenario and on-site conditions in the measured value scaling.

The amplifier module has additional functions, such as digital low-pass filters,
comb filters, a peak value memory or limit value switches (in accordance with the
Smart Sensor profile). The standard checkweigher and filler applications are also
supported.
The electronics continuously monitors the sensor so that you are warned if critical
operating states occur.
The data is transferred to the PLC in accordance with the IEC 61131-9 standard (IO-Link).
The electrical connection is also defined in this standard.
