Charging via USB cable:
To avoid unnecessary strain on the batteries in the
transmitter, you may also charge the helicopter's flight
battery using the included USB cable.
Connect the plug connector of the USB charging cable
to the helicopter.
Connect the USB plug (2) of the charging cable to a
free USB port of your computer.
If the red control LED (3) for the charger electronics in
the USB plug lights up, the charging process is com-
pleted and the charging cable can be removed from
the helicopter and computer.
For photo-technical reasons, the USB charging cable is illustrated in the wound-up state. Before first use,
the cable retainer should be opened and the cable unwound.
Do not connect the charging cable to a USB hub without a separate power unit (e.g. a keyboard USB port,
etc.), because these will not provide sufficient current for charging.
The operating system does not recognize any new hardware after connection, because the USB port is
only used for power supply.
Please observe that the USB ports of your computer/notebook are usually only active when the computer/
notebook is switched on.
Therefore, we recommend to only connect the charging cable to a computer/notebook that is switched on.
