ERRORI DI ACCOPPIAMENTO FRA IL CONO DELLA TESTA E IL CONO DELLA MACCHINA

Un particolare da tenere in considerazione durante la procedura di montaggio in macchina è il Codolo filettato (Fig.4)
che dev'essere avvitato alla sommità del cono della testa in modo che quest' ultima possa essere bloccata dal tirante automatico
della macchina. Queste non devono superare un eccentricità di ±0,04mm rispetto all'asse del cono della testa;
Nel caso in cui il valore risulti molto più alto del consentito le possibilità possono essere:
a) Nel caso di tirante (o funghetto) difettoso, sostituire.
b) In caso di tirante bloccato troppo forte, il tirante si schiaccia, mentre la parte superiore del cono
interessata si rigonfia (Fig.5)
c) Il foro filettato nell'albero con cono della testa, è difettoso ed è in qualche modo sfuggito ai
vari controlli (anche se questa possibilità è molto remota, ma non impossibile)

A very important "particular" to consider during the mounting of the machine spindle, is the "pull stud" (Pic.4)
which should be screwed at the end of the shank with arbor of the head so that it can be clamped by automatic tie rod of the
machine. The tension nut should not exceed ± 0,04mm eccentricity compared to the axis of the shank;
In case the measure exceeds the above tolerances the causes can be the following:
a) Damaged pull tuds (you just need to change it).
b) Pull studs clamped too tight (the pull studs is compressed while the shank "grows in size" (Pic.5)
c) The threaded bore in spindle shaft with arbor is damaged, but checks did not show it (even if this possibility
is very limited, it is not impossible)

Il est très important de vérifier la tirette (Fig. 4) montée sur le cône de la tête. Son excentration ne doit pas
excéder ± 0,04mm par rapport à l'axe du cône. Si la valeur est supérieure, les causes peuvent être les suivantes :
a) Tirette défectueuse, la changer.
b) Tirette serrée trop fort Cela fait "gonfler" le cône. (Fig. 5)
c) Le filetage du cône de la tête est endommagé.
