MONTAGE AUTOMATIQUE dans la broche
ERRORE DI POSIZIONAMENTO DELLO STOP BLOCK
Vi sono due tipi di errori che provocano seri danni all'attrezzatura:
1- È importante che venga rispettata la condizione riportata in Fig.1, in modo da evitare che il perno di fermo vada in battuta
con lo stop block (Fig.2); se così fosse si avrebbe un sovraccarico dei cuscinetti provocato dall'eccessivo tiraggio del cono.
2- Evitare che lo stop block costringa la testa ad assumere una posizione errata durante il montaggio (Fig.3).
È sempre lo stop block che si deve adattare trovando la sua posizione dopo che il cono è stato correttamente posizionato
e assicurato alla macchina.
WRONG POSITIONING OF THE STOP BLOCK
There are two type of mistakes which can cause serious damage to the fixtures:
1- Is important that the conditions in Pic.1 are respected so that the positioning pin does not touch the stop block (Pic.2)
otherwise there could happen an overload of ball bearings caused by an excessive pulling of the cone.
2- Avoid that the stop block forces the head to have a wrong position during the mounting (Pic.3)
The stop block must be adapted finding the right position after the cone has been correctly positioned
and assembled to the machine.
ERREUR DANS LE POSITIONNEMENT DU STOP BLOCK
Il y a deux types d'erreurs qui peuvent engendrer des dommages sérieux aux supports:
1- Il est important que la figure 1 soit respectèr et que le fourreau du doigt de positionnement ne touche
pas le fond du stop block (Fig. 2). Sinon il est possible qu'une surchage survienne sur les roulements de broche
due à une force de traction excessive sur la tirette.
2- Evitez que le stop block force sur la tête à cause d'une mauvaise position de montage (Fig. 3)
Le stop block doit être adapté une fois la tête sôit montée dans la broche de la machine.
