MONTAGE AUTOMATIQUE dans la broche
Per disporre l'utensile sulla GMU nella posizione orizzontale, verticale o intermedia, agire come segue:
A - Mettere la testa in macchina e fissare nella posizione 90° il supporto portautensile, utilizzando la scala graduata
presente sul lato del supporto stesso.
B - Allentare le due viti 04 e far ruotare il corpo 05 fino a raggiungere grossolanamente la posizione desiderata.
C - Fissare nella pinza portautensile una spina rettificata sufficientemente lunga e perfezionare il posizionamento
con l'aiuto di un comparatore a puntale piatto, facendolo scorrere su un fianco della spina rettificata.
D - Bloccare moderatamente e senza l'aiuto di prolunghe le due viti 08.
Coppia di serraggio consigliata 6/8 Nm per GMU-13 e 8/10 Nm per GMU-16 e 20.
To set the tool clamped in the head in horizontal, vertical or any intermediate position through 360° use the
following procedure:
A - Mount the head on the machine and swivel the tool drive to the 90° position (read the graduated scale provided
on the tool drive).
B - Loosen the two screws 08 and swivel body 07 to the required position.
C - Clamp a ground, sufficiently long mandrel in the collet and use a dial gauge with flat point as shown to check for
precise position.
D - Moderately tighten the two screws 08. Do not use a wrench extension.
Suggested screw torque 8/10Nm for GMU-16,GMU-20 and 6/8Nm for GMU-13.
Um den in dem Kopf versperrten Werkzeug horizontal, vertikal oder dazwischenlegend zu versperren,
handeln Sie als folgendes:
A - Den Kopf an der Maschine befestigen und den Werkzeugspindelträger bis auf 90° mit der Skala auf einer Seite
des Trägers drehen.
B - Die Schrauben 08 lockern und den Körper 07 bis zu der gewünschten Position drehen lassen.
C - Einen genügend langen ausgeschliffen Zapfen in der Zange einspannen und mit der Hilfe von einem
Komparator mit glatter Spitze in genauer Position stellen, indem man der Komparator den ausgeschliffen
Zapfen entlag laufen lässt.
D - Mäßig Ziehen Sie die beiden Schrauben 08. Verwenden Sie keinen Schraubenschlüssel Erweiterung.
Anzieh moment 8/10Nm für GMU-16 ATC, GMU-20 ATC und 6/8Nm für GMU-13 ATC
