AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGE
MONTAGE AUTOMATIQUE dans la broche
A - Fissare il distanziale precedentemente costruito al mandrino
B - Secure the retaining block by slightly tightening the fixing screws.
C - Loosen set screws 02 through one turn and fit the head into the machine spindle (make sure that the retaining sleeve slips in easily).
D - Fully tighten the fixing screws of the retaining block.
E - Remove and carefully clean set screws 02; put a few drops of Loctite 248 in stick or equivalent on the threads.
F - Check whether the collet chick is properly oriented for tool change.
G - Drive in set screws 02 of orientation ring 03.
H - Unload and load the head several times with the automatic tool changer to check for correct operation.
I - Dowel the retaining block to prevent any shift.
WARNING:
During the first automatic tool change make sure that the head does not interfere with other components of the system.

B - Mettez le stop block en place et serrez légèrement les vis
C - Desserrez les vis (02) d'un tour et placez la tête dans la broche machine et tournez la bague pour faire coïncider le doigt de
positionnement avec le stop block ( Assurez-vous que la bague glisse facilement )
D - Vissez fermement les vis du stop block.
E - Enlevez et nettoyez les vis (2) recouvrez le filetage de Loctite248 ou équivalent.
F - Vérifiez que le corps de la tête est bien orienté pour le changement d'outil.
G - Montez les vis (2) sur la bague (3)
H - Procédez à plusieurs chargements et déchargements automatiques de la tête avec le changeur d'outil.
I- Goupillez le stop block pour qu'il ne bouge pas.
Attention :
Pendant le premier changement d 'outil, vérifiez que la tête n'interfère avec aucun composant de la machine.
