Operating instructions
Danger due to electrical voltage!
Handling the machine with connected power supply may result in serious injury or
death.
Always disconnect the machine from the power supply before carrying out any
modification and secure it against unintentional reconnection.
Never start the machine with a workpiece pressed down!

Long workpieces must be supported

Initial check before start
•
Check that all guards are installed.
•
Check whether suitable carbide cutter inserts have been correctly assembled.
•
Check whether the connection to a dust collection system is available.
•
Check that the planer shafts rotate in the correct direction.
•
Check whether the moving device is braked.

CAUTION
1. Height adjustment of the planing tables
Entry planer table
The cutting depth is set with the adjustment knob
planer cutting depth (1)
Exit planer table
The height of the back planer table can be adjusted with
the adjusting screw (2) and should only be adjusted to
the planer shaft if necessary.
Check scale knife entry planer table = 0
If necessary, adjust the arrow of the scale
2. Moving device
The moving device is braked with clamping screws (14)
3. Setting infeed / oufeed roller
The pressure force of the spring-mounted infeed and
outfeed roller is factory-set.
If it is necessary to change the pressure force, it can be
adjusted with the screws (3 and 4).
