15.4 Removing the transport locks
15.5 Assembling the machine
The machine is pre-assembled. The parts that have been disassembled for transport must be
assembled before use. Follow the instructions below:
The machine and machine components are heavy!
2 persons are required to assemble the machine.
Handling the machine with the power supply intact can result in serious injury or
death. Therefore, do not connect the machine to the power supply before
completing the assembly.

Unscrew the marked transport locks from the
planer tables

WAR N I N G
1. Assembly dust collector hood
• Unlock the fixation handles planer tables (1)
of the planer tables. Therefore pull out and
turn the handle
• Unfold the planer tables (1) completely and
ensure that the locks (2) engages
• Fix the dust collector hood (4) on the
threads of the entry planer table (3) using
washers and screws (5) as shown
2. Assembly fence support
• Fix the fence support (1) on the threads of
the entry planer table (2) using washers
and screws (3) as shown
3. Assembly planer fence
• Fix the bracket planer fence (1) on the
threads of the entry planer table using
washers and screws (2) as shown
