6.3.3 Repairing or replacing tyres
The tyres are "Tubeless" and must be replaced
or repaired if punctured by a specialized tyre
repairer following the procedures required for
this kind of tyre.
6.3.4 Replacing bulbs ( if fitted)
• Type "I" bulbs (incandescent) (Fig. 6.5)
The bulbs (18W) have a bayonet fitting and are
installed in the bulb holder which can be taken
out by turning it anti-clockwise with pliers.
• Type "II" bulbs (LED) (Fig. 6.6)
Unscrew the ring-nut (1) and remove the con-
nector (2).
Remove the LED illuminator (3), secured by
screws (4).
6.3.5 Replacing a fuse (Fig. 6.7)
The machine is fitted with fuses (1) with different
capacities and functions. Specifically:
–    1 0 A fuse = protects the main and power cir-
cuits of the electronic circuit board. When it
blows, the machine stops and the dashboard
light switches off.
–    2 5 A fuse = protects the battery recharge cir-
cuit. When it blows, the battery gradually runs
down and the machine will have problems
starting.
The fuse capacity is indicated on the fuse.

7. TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
1.    W ith the key at «ON» the
dashboard remains off with no
audible signal
2.    W ith the key at «ON» the
dashboard remainsoff, but there
is an audible signal
IMPORTANT A blown fuse must always be
replaced by one of the same type and ampere
rating, and never with one of another rating.
If you are unable to understand why it has
blown, contact Your Dealer.
6.3.6 Removing, replacing and
tive gloves to handle the cutting means.
bent cutting means; never attempt to repair
them! ALWAYS USE ORIGINAL CUTTING
MEANS!
Only cutting means bearing the code indicated
in the table on page ii must be used on this ma-
chine.
Given product evolution, the above mentioned
cutting means may be replaced in time with oth-
ers having similar interchangeable and operat-
ing safety features.
IMPORTANT Cutting means should be
replaced in pairs, especially when there are
marked differences in wear.
6.3.7 Adjustment of the spring of thepawl
If the grass catcher tends to jump aboutand to
open up when going over rough ground, or if
it has difficulty in hooking back on after being
emptied, the tension of the spring will need to be
adjusted (1).
Change the hooking point by using one of the
holes (2) until the required result is achieved.
LIKELY CAUSE
The safety device of the electronic
circuit board has cut in due to:
–    b adly connected battery
–    b attery terminals crossed
–    fl at battery
–    f use blown
The safety device of the electronic
circuit board has cut in due to:
–    w et circuit board
EN - 16
reassembling of cutting means
WARNING!
Always wear strong protec-
WARNING!
Always replace damaged or
for hooking the grass catcher
(Fig.6.8)
SOLUTION
Turn the ignition key to «OFF»
position and look for the cause of
the problem:
–    c heck connections (see 3.4)
–    c heck connections (see 3.4)
–    r echarge the battery  (see 6.2.3)
–    r eplace the fuse (10 A) (see
6.3.5)
Turn the ignition key to the «OFF»
position
and look for the cause of the
problem:
–    d ry using tepid air
