Power Cord
If your machine comes with a detachable power cord, please
insert into
the AC power
inlet on the rear panel of your
machine, If you want to use any other type of power cord,
please use one of a similar kind and consult a qualified elec-
trician.
FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE UK
The wires in this mains lead are colotired in accordance with
the following code:
Blue: Neutral,
Brown: Live
As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this apparatus
may
not correspond
with the coloured markings identifying
the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows:
The
wire which
is coloured
blue must be connected
to the
terminal which is marked with the letter N or coloured black.
The wire which is coloured brown must be connected to the
terminal which is marked with the letter L or coloured red.

When
wiring a plug, ensure that all terminals are securely
tightened and that no loose strands of wire exist.
VOLTAGE AND CYCLE CONVERSION
Piease took at the voltage chart located near the power cord
(or AC Inlet). If it reads 120V, 60 Hz the voltage is fixed. If
it reads 220V/240V,
50 Hz the voltage may be changed with
the voltage selector switch, located on the rear panel. if it
reads 110V/120V/220V/240V
50/60 Hz, there is a universal
voitage selector located on the inside of your machine.
Also
your machine
will show the voltage at which it was preset in
the factory.
If the latter applies to your machine please refer
the following
voltage
and
cycle conversions
to a qualified
Service Repair Shop or professional service personnel.
(1) DISCONNECT
POWER CORD and remove rear panel.
(2) Remove
the Voitage
Selector
Plug and reinsert so that
proper area voltage shows through the plug cut-out.
(3) Change
fuse to correspond
with voltage (Refer to fuse
instructions for proper fuse).

To maintain optimum
performance
and prolong the life
of your machine, it is important that the line voltage be.
held within 10% of standard area voltage.

Bitte
beachten
Sie
die Stromspannungstabelle
neben
dem
Stromkabel (oder Leitungs-Eingangsbuchse). Wenn sie 120V,
60 Hz anzeigt, ist die Stromspannung
festgesetzt. Wenn sie
220/240V,
50 Hz anzeigt, kann die Stromspannung mit dem
Wahtschalter, der sich auf der Riickplatte befindet gewechselt
werden. Wenn die Tabelle 110/120/220/240V,
50/60 Hz an-
zeigt, kann die Stromspannung mit einem universalen Schal-
ter, der sich in dem Gerat befindet gewechselt werden. Auf
ihrem
Gerat
ist auch
die Spannung
angezeigt,
die in der
Fabrik im voraus eingestellt wurde. Sollte letzteres bei Ihrem
Gerat zutreffen, wenden
Sie sich bitte an ein Service-Repara-
turgeschaft
oder an einen
Fachmann
und beziehen
Sie sich
auf die folgendende Verstellung der Stromspannung und des
Stromwechsels.
(1) ZEEHEN SIE DAS STROMKABEL
AUS und nehmen Sie
die Riickplatte ab.
(2) Ziehen Sie den Spannungswahler-Stecker aus, und stecken
Sie ihn wieder ein, damit die richtige Gebietsspannung auf
dem Steckerausschnitt angezeigt wird.
(3) Wechseln
Sie die Sicherung, um
der Stromspannung
zu
entsprechen
(beziehen
Sie sich
auf
die
Anleitung
fir
Sicherungen).
Fur
optimale
Leistung
und
fange
Lebensdauer
ihres
Gerates mu
die Line-Spannung innerhalb
10% der nor-
analen Netzspannung gehalten werden.

STROMWECHSEL

Da das Gerat mit einem C.P.G. Wechselstrom-Servomotor
ausgestattet ist, ertibrigt sich die Verstellung des Strom-
wechsels bei einem
Kapstan-Antriebsmotor.
Die folgende
Antleitung
gilt nur
fiir die Wiedereinstellung
der Motor-
drehmomente entsprechend den Stromwechselin.
(1) ZIEHEN SIE DAS STROMKABEL
AUS.
(2) Nehmen Sie die Riickptatte ab.
(3) Der
Stromwechsel-Schafter
befindet
sich
auf dem
P.C.-
Brett
der System-Kontrolle.
Stellen
Sie auf 50 Hz oder
60 Hz ein je nach der vorhandenen Netzspannung.
