The material valve control allows material to travel from the heated holding tank (kettle) to the
die, where it can then be applied to the surface.
This lever will raise and lower the die to the marking surface, as well as simutaneously deliver
reflective beads to the bead dispenser.
A Titan ASE exclusive feature of the ThermoMark 250 Handliner, the unit comes equipped with
dual front brakes.

These brakes are fully adjustable and are controlled by a handle bar lever for park or friction
braking.
Pulling this lever will unlock the swivel wheel from its straightforward tracking to allow turns.
Once the lever is released, the wheel will lock again once it is straight.
The thermostat is where the temperature of the material can be set. It is side-mounted to offer a
better view of the temperature and operation during lighting procedures.
The agitator stirs the material in order to prevent the glass beads in the thermoplastic from
sinking to the bottom. The agitator is operated by the user by activating the left lever.
