Functions
Control panel
The Smart Pressure Cooker control panel con-

sists of a display, cooking programme buttons
and control buttons to adjust the cooking time.
Select a programme and press Cook Time, then
press + / - to adjust the cooking time. For slow
cooking and the sauté function, you can also
set the desired temperature 'High or Low' by
pressing Temp. Press Start/Cancel to start or
cancel. With Sous Vide, the temperature in
degrees can be set in the same way.
This Smart Pressure Cooker is an intelligent
appliance with pre-programmed functions and
cooking instructions for various ingredients and
cooking methods.

Display: shows cooking programme status
and time.
Pressure indicator: displays the pressure in

the Smart Pressure Cooker. This ranges from
low to high in 7 steps.
Low - High indicator: used for setting low and
high temperature for slow cook and sauté by
pressing Temp button.
Pressure release: with this button, pressure
and steam can be released manually.
Delay start: with this button you can set a
delayed time before the cooking programme
starts. Not for use in slow cooking, Sous Vide,
Yogurt and Sauté.
Slow Cook: cooking programme for slow
cooking with adjustable time.
- sign: is used to lower the cooking time after
selecting a programme and pressing the Cook
Time button .
+ sign: is used to increase the cooking time
after selecting a programme and pressing the
Cook Time button.
Cook Time: used to set the cooking time.
Temp: used to set the Low/High for Slow
Cook and Sauté.
Start/Cancel: starts or stops a cooking
program.
Keep Warm: keep warm mode, to be set after
a cooking program has been completed.
Manual: manual mode with adjustable time at
high pressure.
Soup/Broth: cooking programme for soups
and broths.
Bean/Chili: cooking programme for beans/
chili.
Meat/Stew: cooking programme for meat/
stew.
Poultry: cooking programme for poultry.
Multigrains: cooking programme for
multigrains.
Sterilize: cooking programme for sterilizing
ingredients.
Yogurt: cooking programme for fermenting
yogurt at 43°C.
Steam/Self Clean: programme for cleaning
the appliance or steaming ingredients.
Sauté/Brown: cooking programme for high
temperature sautéing (without high pressure
lid).
Sous Vide : cooking programme for sous vide
preparation
Pasta: cooking programme for pasta.
Rice/Risotto: cooking programme for rice/
risotto.
