TROUBLESHOOTING (2/2)
Cause
The squeegee rubbers are worn out
The squeegee is clogged
Foreign material is jammed in the squeegee.
Suction hose clogged.
The squeegee is not properly adjusted.
The dirty water drain tap is open.
The suction motor(s) is(are) burnt.
The suction motor coal brushes are worn out.
The squeegee has not lowered, the actuator is faulty.
The fi lter inside the suction motor is clogged.
The actuator does not receive power or is faulty.
The fuse is blown.
The DCM 07 ECU is faulty.
The pipelines supplying water to the brushes are clogged.
The solution opening taps are closed.
The water fi lter is clogged.
No water in the solution tank.
The nozzles on the brushes are clogged.
The water pump is disabled or worn out.
The solenoid valve is closed or does not work properly.
Brushes are worn out.
Low pressure of the main brushes on the fl oor.
The dust suction fi lters are clogged
The fl uid suction fi lter is clogged
The master ignition key 8 (fi g. 1) has not been turned on.
Battery fl at.
The fuse is blown.
Caution! Never use fuses of higher rating, as this could damage the system. If the fuses blow repeatedly, the machine has a fault.

The micro switch underneath the seat for operator's consent is off .
Indicates the low level of fuel in the tank
Fuel ducts are clogged (diesel version)
Indicates the low level of fuel in the tank or of LPG in the gas cylin-
der. Fuel and/or LPG ducts are clogged, LPG valve is closed (Pe-
trol-LPG version)
The recovery tank is full, the fl oat has cut off the power to the mo-
tors.
The fl oat is clogged due to impurities.
DCM-07 ECU issue
The water hose is broken.
The actuator does not receive power or is faulty.
The fuse is blown.
The actuator micro switch is faulty.
The DCM 07 ECU is faulty.

Corrective action
Replace the rubbers.
Clean it
Remove the foreign material.
Clean the hose.
Adjust it.
Close it.
Replace the motor(s).
Replace the coals.
Replace the actuator.
Clean the fi lter.
Check or replace.

Clean the pipelines.
Open the taps or adjust the water fl ow.

system and start up the machine.

Check the ducts, refuel or replace the cylinder or open the gas valve
(LPG)
Caution! No smoking or naked fl ames during the operation.
Act on the switch 4 (fi g.2) to stop the water suction motors and
drain the recovery tank.
Open the cover 10 (fi g.13B) to access the fl oat and clean it.
CONTACT THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE
Close the system and replace the hose.
Check or replace.
