Troubleshooting
Cause

Dried paint blocking fluid nozzle
2.
No air pressure in paint cup or pot

Check valve in air tube plugged

No fluid pressure

Blockage in material hose

Improper size needle or nozzle

Damaged needle or nozzle

Loose nozzle

Loose packing nut

Needle not closing properly

Gun is being tilted too much when it is not
