Safety notes and important information
The ball surface of the trailer coupling must be clean, grease-free and free from any paint.
The bicycle rack will only be seated properly on the coupling when secured and driven for a few kilometres. For this reason, check the fixture
again for correct seat and adjust the fixture if necessary.
Check the bicycle rack for damages before use. Damaged or worn parts must be replaced immediately. Only original replacement parts may
be used.
Modifications to the bicycle rack are generally not permitted (mechanical or electrical). This can be very dangerous. Guarantee claims will no
longer be accepted and we can no longer guarantee the correct functioning of the bicycle rack if modifications have been made. We are not
liable for any damages caused as a result of incorrect installation, operation or modification.
Check the lighting of your bicycle rack regularly to ensure correct functioning.
Make sure that the bicycles are always secured using the frame holder and the wheel tensioning straps. The frame holder should be closed
during transportation.
Make sure that no parts of the bicycle can be lost (batteries, e-bike battery packs, bicycle pump, tachometer, baskets, saddles etc.). Remove
these parts before transporting the bicycle!
Check all tensioning straps and holders of the bicycle rack for secure seating and tighten if required.
Do not cover the bicycles using tarpaulins, covers or similar.
The bicycle rack will affect the behaviour of your vehicle. Adapt your driving speed to these circumstances (maximum of 130 km/h). Avoid
sudden steering and control motions.
When reversing, remember that your vehicle is longer than it would normally be!
The legal regulations and directives for the transportation of goods on your vehicle apply.
If your vehicle has a parking assistant, the mounted bicycle rack may result in faulty operation. Deactivate the parking assistant function
when the bicycle rack is mounted.
If your vehicle is fitted with a tailgate that opens automatically, this should be deactivate or only opened manually when the bicycle rack is
mounted
