that might have entered the Speaker Trunk PM as a result of improper handling.
More generally, it does not apply if there has been improper or inadequate use
of the Speaker Trunk PM such as:
• the instructions for use and activation of the product are not complied with;
• the product has been dismantled by the user or by a person unauthorized
by Louis Vuitton;
• the product has been used with a jailbroken or rooted mobile device;
• the product has been connected to charging accessories not provided by Louis Vuitton;
• the product has been used or connected with charging accessories not provided
by Louis Vuitton;
• the product has been voluntarily degraded or used out of the recommended rules
for usage such as using the wrong charging accessories;
• the product has been exposed to extra voltage or electric discharges, important shocks,
drop or abnormal mechanical stress leading to major degradation of product housing
or electronic components;
• the product has been exposed to water or other chemical substances (presence
of corrosion, humidity);
• the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake or other
external cause;
• the product has been stolen (or Louis Vuitton reasonably believes the product
has been stolen based upon information provided by law enforcement authorities);
• the product has been exposed to high temperatures (greater than 40°C/104°F)
or other extreme environmental conditions; or
