Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to the Czech Republic
This international limited guarantee is provided at the discretion of Louis Vuitton and gives
you specific legal rights which may be exercised in addition to other rights and remedies
available to consumers under the laws of the Czech Republic governing sale of consumer
product. National rights and remedies are not affected by this international limited guarantee.
In regard to Czech legislation in particular, see your options below.
If a defect in your Speaker Trunk PM occurs within six (6) months from the date
of purchase, the law presumes that the Speaker Trunk PM was defective on the date
of purchase and therefore not compliant with the contract. Depending on the nature
of the defect, the non-conformity with the contract can be substantial or non-substantial.
In case of substantial non-conformity with the contract you can claim one
of the following rights:
a) to have your Speaker Trunk PM replaced with defect-free product,
b) to have your Speaker Trunk PM repaired,
c) to claim a proportionate discount from the purchase price, or
d) to withdraw from the contract.
In case of non-substantial non-conformity with the contract you can claim one
of the following rights:
a) to have the defect in your Speaker Trunk PM removed, or
b) to claim a proportionate discount from the purchase price.
