General conditions and limitations
This international limited guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may also
have other rights under local laws which vary from country to country. Louis Vuitton
and its stores shall have sole discretion to decide to repair or replace the
Speaker Trunk PM under this international limited guarantee. To the extent permitted
by local law, Louis Vuitton shall not be liable for any incidental, special, punitive
or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this international limited
guarantee. This guarantee does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
To the extent permitted by local legislations, the Speaker Trunk PM shall be returned
to a Louis Vuitton store (a list of which is available online at louisvuitton.com).
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Australia
This international limited guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available
to you under local law, which cannot be excluded. The Louis Vuitton Speaker Trunk PM
comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your product does not comply with relevant statutory guarantees, you may be entitled
to a replacement or refund for a major failure or may be entitled to recover costs
for an amount for the reduction in the product's value and in some cases compensation
for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have
the product repaired or replaced if the product fails to be of acceptable quality
and the failure does not amount to a major failure. In Australia, please go to your nearest
