If your Speaker Trunk PM is defective and does not conform to contract at the time
of delivery, you are entitled to a replacement, refund or to have the product repaired.
Where the product is found to be defective within six months from the time of delivery,
it is presumed that the product failed to conform to contract at the time of delivery
and you may be entitled to a replacement, refund or to have the product repaired.

Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Spain
You benefit from a limited two-year guarantee, under which Louis Vuitton
undertakes to carry out any of the following actions, which will be chosen by you,
as a consequence of any problem with the functions defect arising during the normal use
of the Speaker Trunk PM: (i) repair, free of charge, the product (ii) replace the product
for a new device which meets the same conditions than the one acquired; (iii) agree
a reduction of the price of the product and (iii) the reimbursement of the price as a result
of the refund of the product.
